1. License
The non-commercial use of the article is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
2. Author(s)' Warranties
The author(s) guarantee that the article is original, has not been published before, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe on others' rights, is exclusively copyrighted to the author, and is free of third-party rights. Written permission to quote from other sources has been obtained by the author(s).
3. User/Public Rights
The Acta Pharmacy and Health Science (APHS) aims to make published articles as accessible as possible. Under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, APHS allows users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work for non-commercial purposes only. Users must attribute the authors and APHS when distributing works in the journal and other media.
4. Rights of Authors
Authors retain all their rights to the published works, including (but not limited to):
- Reproducing the work
- Preparing derivative works based on the work
- Distributing copies of the work
- Performing the work publicly
- Displaying the work publicly
- Retaining copyright and other proprietary rights, such as patent rights
- Self-archiving the article
- Entering into separate, additional contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution of the article's published version, including posting it to an institutional repository or book publishing, with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
5. Co-Authorship
If the article is prepared by multiple authors, the submitting author warrants that they have been authorized by all co-authors to agree to this copyright and license notice on their behalf and will inform co-authors of the policy terms. APHS will not be liable for any issues arising from the authors' internal disputes and will communicate only with the corresponding author.
6. Royalties
As an open-access journal, APHS disseminates articles for free under the mentioned Creative Commons license terms. Authors are not entitled to royalties or other fees.
7. Miscellaneous
APHS will publish the article if the editorial process is completed. Editors may modify the article to conform to the style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing, and usage they deem appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article will be publicly accessible and free of charge for readers, as mentioned in point 3.
